Deine Aufgaben.
Als (Sr.) Consultant (m/w/d) bist Du analytischer und beratender Experte. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Strategie identifizierst du Arbeitsfelder bei unseren Kunden und implementierst Lösungen für diese:
- Du analysierst Prozesse und Strukturen unserer Kunden.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und leitest klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du kannst dich in Wettbewerb und zentralen Tool-Landschaften selbst orientieren und für Orientierung bei unseren Kunden sorgen.
- Du trainierst neue Kompetenzen oder Abläufe mit zentralen Stakeholdern.
- Du leitest mittel- und langfristige Handlungsstrategien ab.
Dein Profil.
Als beratender Experte kennst Du Dich mit Marken und (Kommunikations-)Strukturen aus. Brand-Aktivitäten, Markt- und Prozessanalysen gehören ebenso zu Deinem Portfolio wie der routinierte Umgang mit Analyse-Tools und ansprechenden Präsentationen.
- Fundiertes HR-Knowledge und Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Markenstrategie in Agentur, Beratung oder auf Kundenseite.
- Analytische Denke und ganzheitliches digitales Verständnis.
- Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du agierst als Generalist und Entrepreneur – führst Deinen Aufgabenbereich eigenverantwortlich und hast das große Ganze im Blick.
- Du hast ein modernes Beratungs-Mindset und weißt, dass mancher Kunde Präsenz benötigt.
- Du gehst professionell mit Office-365 um und bist vertraut mit gängigen Research-Tools (bspw. b4p oder talkwalker).
- Du suchst aktiv nach smarter Innovationsnutzung (bspw. von AI).
- Du bist unkompliziert und stehst stabil mit beiden Beinen im Leben.
- Du hast mindestens 30 Stunden pro Woche Zeit für uns und unsere Kunden.
- Und nicht zuletzt: Dein Herz schlägt für HR.

You want to work there? No problem: we take care of travel and accommodation for a maximum of 1 week. You want to bring your family along? That's fine too! You just have to pay the travel costs for the family members. You want to extend your stay and use up your remaining holiday? That's also possible – by sharing the costs. By the way: our destination in 2022 was London, in 2023 it was Barcelona.

Working in peace and quiet, being creative, socializing, making fun, hanging out: all this is possible in numerous German cities. Now that we have closed our office in the north of Düsseldorf, we are still checking out the best succession plan. Until then, all colleagues can use a tool to book an office in a major city and spend time there with other colleagues.
