Deine Aufgaben.
Als Mediengestalter (m/w/d) liebst du es, Bewegtbild in Perfektion zu adaptieren und hast ein Gespür für Ästhetik und Gestaltung. Du bist bei uns Teil eines kreativen und unkomplizierten Teams, das mit viel Leidenschaft und Innovationsgeist zusammenarbeitet.
- Adaption von Videoinhalten in verschiedene Formate und für unterschiedliche Plattformen (z. B. Social Media, Out of Home)
- Videoschnitt und Animationen mit Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects
- Umsetzung der Ideen und Vorgaben unserer Designer:innen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement, um Deadlines und Anforderungen einzuhalten
- Arbeit mit modernen KI-Tools für Filme und stetiges Weiterentwickeln in Hinblick auf Technologien.
Dein Profil.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Mediengestaltung oder -design, Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbar.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen mit, idealerweise bereits aus der Agenturwelt.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects oder ähnlichen Programmen.
- Du bist kreativ und hast ein ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Verständnis.
- Du hast die Bereitschaft, dich stetig in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten, insbesondere im Bereich KI-gestützte Videobearbeitung.
- Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in Gestaltung und Art Direction.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer.
- Du interessierst dich für die Themen Employer Branding und Recruiting.

From the beginning of January until Easter, YeaHR! rents an apartment.
You want to work there? No problem: we take care of travel and accommodation for a maximum of 1 week. You want to bring your family along? That's fine too! You just have to pay the travel costs for the family members. You want to extend your stay and use up your remaining holiday? That's also possible – by sharing the costs. By the way: our destination in 2022 was London, in 2023 it was Barcelona.

Working in peace and quiet, being creative, socializing, making fun, hanging out: all this is possible in numerous German cities. Now that we have closed our office in the north of Düsseldorf, we are still checking out the best succession plan. Until then, all colleagues can use a tool to book an office in a major city and spend time there with other colleagues.
