Deine Aufgaben.
Als (Sr.) Consultant (m/w/d) bist Du analytische:r und beratende:r Expert:in. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Strategie identifizierst du Arbeitsfelder bei unseren Kund:innen und implementierst Lösungen für diese:
Du bist strategisch-analytisch und datenaffin unterwegs:
- Du analysierst die Prozesse und Strukturen unserer Kund:innen.
- Du identifizierst – basierend auf Daten und Insights – Optimierungspotenziale und leitest klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du kennst Dich mit relevanten Trends und Insights bestens aus, kannst Dich im Wettbewerb und in zentralen Tool-Landschaften souverän orientieren und für Orientierung bei unseren Kund:innen sorgen.
- Du leitest mittel- und langfristige Handlungsstrategien ab.
- Du trainierst neue Kompetenzen oder Abläufe mit zentralen Stakeholdern unserer Kund:innen.
Dein Profil.
Als beratende:r Expert:in kennst Du Dich mit Marken und (Kommunikations-)Strukturen aus. Erfahrung in Brand-Aktivitäten, Markt- und Prozessanalysen gehören ebenso zu Deinem Portfolio wie der routinierte Umgang mit Analyse-Tools und aussagekräftige Präsentationen
- Fundiertes HR-Knowledge und Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Markenstrategien – idealerweise in Agenturen, Beratung oder auf Kund:innenseite.
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Vermittlungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Erfahrung in Stakeholder Management
- ganzheitliches digitales Wissen und Verständnis
- Du agierst als Generalist:in und Entrepreneur – führst Deinen Aufgabenbereich eigenverantwortlich und hast das große Ganze im Blick.
- Du hast ein modernes Beratungs-Mindset und weißt, wenn manche:r Kund:in Präsenz benötigt.
- Du bist technologieaffin und suchst aktiv nach smarter Innovationsnutzung. Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools sind dir nicht fremd
- Du bist als Teammitglied zugänglich und kollegial, hast einen souveränen Auftritt und stehst stabil mit beiden Beinen im Leben.
- Du gehst professionell mit Office-365 um und bist vertraut mit gängigen Research-Tools (bspw. b4p oder talkwalker).
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise im Bereich der Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Du hast mindestens 30 Stunden pro Woche Zeit für uns und unsere Kund:innen.

From the beginning of January until Easter, YeaHR! rents an apartment.
You want to work there? No problem: we take care of travel and accommodation for a maximum of 1 week. You want to bring your family along? That's fine too! You just have to pay the travel costs for the family members. You want to extend your stay and use up your remaining holiday? That's also possible – by sharing the costs. By the way: our destination in 2022 was London, in 2023 it was Barcelona.

Working in peace and quiet, being creative, socializing, making fun, hanging out: all this is possible in numerous German cities. Now that we have closed our office in the north of Düsseldorf, we are still checking out the best succession plan. Until then, all colleagues can use a tool to book an office in a major city and spend time there with other colleagues.
